family buys and sells houses. The difference
between what we do and what other real

bought all the real estate investing hype on
late night TV and wasted time and money

My advice to new real estate investors:
Choose ONE real estate investing method.
Don't try to learn short sales, wholesaling,
preconstruction, fixing and flipping all at
once.
If
you're interested in fixers, this is the
right place for you to begin. We love
turning a shabby, neglected house into a
buyer's dream home. Our research in Design
